1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee for 60 (sixty) calendar days from the purchase date. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within this period without having to provide a reason.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the guarantee period:

• Include your full name and the email address used for the purchase
• Provide your order number or transaction ID (you'll find it in your confirmation email)
• Our team will acknowledge your request within a maximum of 2 business days

3. Processing Time

Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be returned within 5 to 7 business days. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be granted as long as the request is received within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date. After this period, we will not be able to process refund requests for digital products that have already been delivered and accessed by the customer.

5. Non-Refundable Products After the Guarantee Period

Because these digital products are delivered immediately, refunds cannot be processed after the 60-day guarantee period. This condition applies to all products and bonuses included with the purchase.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or financial institution, please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly, fairly, and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of product access.
